• 1.2 CineTrade operates only as a technology and trading service provider.
• 1.3 By using our services, the user confirms that they fully understand all financial risks involved.

2. Client Capital & Trading

• 2.1 The user voluntarily authorizes CineTrade to trade on their principal using AI-driven systems.
• 2.2 The user confirms that they are fully aware that financial markets involve risk, including potential loss of principal.
• 2.3 CineTrade is not responsible for any market loss caused by market volatility, global events, liquidity issues, or technical factors.

3. Risk Disclosure

• 3.1 Trading in Forex, Gold (XAUUSD), and financial markets involves high risk.
• 3.2 Users agree that they are fully responsible for evaluating their own financial risk.

4. No Financial Or Investment Advice

• 4.1 CineTrade does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
• 4.2 All trading decisions are executed automatically through AI systems.
• 4.3 Users participate voluntarily and at their own risk.

5. Limitation Of Liability

• 5.1 CineTrade shall not be liable for:
  • Loss of principal
  • Market loss due to volatility
  • Technical errors, system delays, or unforeseen events
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• 5.2 The user agrees that CineTrade’s role is limited to executing trades using AI technology.

6. Withdrawals & Deposits

• 6.1 Deposits and withdrawals must follow the company’s processing timelines.
• 6.2 CineTrade may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals.
• 6.3 Any delays due to banking partners, payment gateways, or network issues are not CineTrade’s responsibility.

7. Account Termination

• 7.1 CineTrade reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious activity, fraud, or policy violations.
• 7.2 Users can request account closure at any time.

8. Future Services Disclaimer

• 8.1 Any future plans such as the CineTrade Brokerage, CineTrade Production Studio, or CineTrade Royals IPL franchise are subject to business, legal, and financial feasibility.
• 8.2 CineTrade does not guarantee timelines or availability of future services.

9. User Responsibility

• 9.1 Users confirm that their funds are legitimate and compliant with local laws.
• 9.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details.
• 9.3 Users agree to comply with all applicable laws in their own country.

10. Indemnity

• 10.1 The user agrees to indemnify and hold CineTrade, its team, and its partners harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or legal issues arising from use of the services.

11. Governing Law

• 11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
• 11.2 Any disputes will be handled under this jurisdiction only.

12. Acceptance

• 12.1 By logging in, depositing funds, or using the CineTrade system, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• 12.2 If the user does not agree, they must stop using CineTrade services immediately.

13. Performance-Based Distribution Policy

CineTrade Industries Pvt Ltd does not offer fixed or guaranteed returns. All distributions are variable and depend entirely on the real-time performance of the Artificial Intelligence trading engine. Historical data showing performance capability in the 3%–15% range is provided for informational purposes only and must not be treated as a guaranteed outcome.

Note: CineTrade Industries Pvt Ltd is not yet registered in Mauritius. The company is in the process of planning and preparing its international registration.
